  Anne and her team are incredible with small animals and birds. My guinea pigs always receive the absolute best care. Anne offers may options and is always working in the best interest of the animal.

  They not only help your pet but give you the appropriate knowledge about how to give your pet the proper care it needs for a healthier lifestyle. Some people are saying Ann is rude, Ann is fantastic, she's just enthusiastic in trying to educate people on how to give your pet its proper care. I couldn't ask for a better vet for Flynn. It will always be these guys!

  Money hungry and cruel. I was crying and Ann (the vet) obnoxiously told me "my job isn't to talk to you, it's to deal with the animals, so I'm hanging up now" when we were talking about what I could do for my galah and the treatments available. Would not recommend seeing her, the other vets are lovely though.

  This vet is amazing. I take my bearded dragon here. They specialise in birds and exotic animals, so they really know what they're talking about.

  I was made to feel like a monster for trying to save a wild bird and get him the medical treatment he needed. Very disappointed and upset with the way I was treated and spoken to - will not be going back.
