  Loses a star for 2 minimal reasons. To get there and back from Melbourne Airport is a bit inconvenient since they are about 10-15 minutes off site. You call for them to pick you up in a spacious van, but it’s chaotic at the airport sometimes. Also, the cars are plastered with stickers for the company, basically telling the world you are a tourist and easy mark. But that’s it. For the price, this was fabulous! Good car, fast service, plenty of cars, nice staff, good facility even if it was far from the airport. Would for sure rent from here again now that I know the plan.

  The wonderful people at East Coast Car Rentals in Richmond Road, Adelaide, were absolutely top notch. I had such a wonderful experience and it was due to the wonderful service that I was offered. Bo and the team went above and beyond to ensure that my rental experience was easy, positive and timely. I would absolutely recommend East Coast Car Rentals. I felt that my trust was gained instantly with the great service starting with the shuttle bus from the airport right through to picking up and returning the car. An overall great experience and the car and price was amazing too.
